The Isolation platform has been designed to keep isolate the record playing surface from external vibrations, and to help manage the vibrations from within the turntable to keep them away from the surface of the record.
Simple looking but quite sophisticated in design the isolation plinth is a sandwich of two plates milled of black POM with an inlay made of unicellular elastomer which damps
vibrations very effectively.
The shape of this inlay is
individually calculated for our turntable-models, in
order to achieve perfect values regarding resonance
frequency and centre of gravity.
Therefore, in the micro-range-area, very effective decoupling proper-
ties (up to – 15dB) are given.
